Karl, Karl, Karl, you dodged the old bullet, didn't you? How many people did you have to rat out to keep from being indicted, huh? Or, is Scooter going to take the entire rap? I do hope you implicated Bob Novak. And, I wouldn't cry if you caused Tim Russert some pain, either.

President Bush in Iraq? Six whole hours? Wow. Now, he can come back, schedule a prime-time speech and declare victory. He got back alive? See how calm Baghdad is these days? And, there is a whole government in place. So, we won't be needed there very much longer, you think? At least, I expect you'll announce, in October, that you're planning to start withdrawing troops after the first of the year. Of course, you won't actually DO it, you'll just say you're planning to, and that will be enough for people to flock to the polls in November and re-elect the whole corrupt crowd, again.
We do get the government we deserve, don't we?

I said the same thing this morning--that he'll announce troops coming home in time for the November elections, but he'll wait to bring anyone home until it helps set up the presidential election.
