There's Something About A Meme

I'm stealing Jay's meme because I'm still too tired to think of something original.

1. One thing I've never done in front of an adult: Led a cheer.

2. One sport I wish I could do: Swimming. I'm afraid of the water.

3. One thing I used to be able to do but have lost the ability to: Play the piano.

4. One job I wish I could have had: That of any of my bosses. I know I could run a company better.

5. One food I can't live without: A big old juicy steak.

6. One food I could easily live without forever: Tuna. It reminds me of all those failed attempts at dieting.

7. One book I think is a classic: "The Winds of War" and "War And Rememberance", by Herman Wouk. Loved those books.

8. One song I wish I'd written: "I Get Along Without You Very Well".

9. One thing I wish I had more control over: Everything and everybody. Control freak? I guess.

10. One thing I dislike about myself: Not being able to remember names.

11. One thing I admire about myself: I can usually hold my tongue, and not say all the insulting things I'm thinking about a person.

12. One thing I would change about Canada: Why would I presume to change anything about Canada? I've never been there, although I'd like to go someday.

13. One vehicle I hope to own someday: A new one. Doesn't have to be expensive, just brand new. Although, I would accept a not too old "previously owned" Subaru Outback.

14. One profession I have no respect for: I don't like bankers, generally. No one in particular, just their methods.

15. One sexual activity I have never tried but want to: Who wants to know?

16. One sexual activity I have never tried and don't want to: Anything including farm animals.

17. One holiday I could live without: Hallowe'en. I don't like the practice of "trick or treating". It has gotten too dangerous.

18. One piece of clothing I can't live without: I'm certainly no clothes horse, but I don't think I could do without my bra. (Not bragging. Just saying.)

19. One thing I'm afraid of: Driving alone on the highway. This is irritating, because it is so limiting. But, it's a phobia I can't overcome. (Among all my other phobias that I can usually cope with.)

20. One thing I'm happy to have: My books. Couldn't live without my books.

Wow, I always thought I could do my bosses jobs better too!

TMI alert! I can't do without my bra either. I end up looking like I have nothing but nipples.

Have a great weekend!

I would love to own a brand spank'n new car too. It would be fun. But we did get the slightly used Subaru Outback (the Impreza Sport edition). We love that car. And it's been a good car to us. Subaru builds a dang fine car. Go for it girl, talk to the dealers near you and see about getting one that is traded in. Often times they know the drivers well enough to get you a good one. Ours was from a lady that trades hers in every 40.000 like clock-work. Is meticulous about maintenance and does mostly highway driving. So they were confident the car was well cared for.

I couldn't do without my books, either.
