Jay and I went to Conway Sunday to visit with my oldest and best friend. She has known me longer than anyone still living. Isn't that scary?
Monday, while Jay went into Little Rock to see the Clinton Library and pick up his sister at the airport, I stayed in Conway and compared aches and pains with my friend. It is always interesting to see that we are disintegrating at about the same rate of speed.
It's so good to see Kell. I haven't seen her in quite a while. She will be here until next Monday, so I probably won't be doing much blogging this week. There's too much for us to catch up on. But, I'll still be reading some blogs and commenting, maybe, every day.
Have a good week.

Have a wonderful visit Betty. There's nothing like spending time with an old friend catching up and just enjoying the fun of hanging out together. It feels so good. See you later...
Glad you all had a good and safe trip. Enjoy your visit. You all behave yourselves. :)
Have fun and enjoy your "hiatus" from all of us. !!
Old friends are often the very best friends, aren't they.
have a good visit.
I hope you have fun with your family. I really enjoy spending blog time with you, Kell, and Jay. Enjoy!
I haven't been to the Clinton Library yet. I really need to put that on my list of things to do.
you told about an author you read, rita lakin a few post ago. i ask at the libary for her and they didn't have any of her books but they bough me one, named "getting old is the best revenge". i love it. thank you , now if i can get them to buy more of her books!
Patsy, I get all of my books from Amazon.com, mostly paperbacks. If you spend $25.00, which is easy to do with books, there is no shipping. And, you don't have to pay any sales tax, ever. Another thing I like is I never buy the same book twice, thinking I haven't read it, because they tell me if I have bought it before. That helps a lot, since all these little mysteries tend to look alike.
